1. Restrictions on types of goods and servicesPayments are prohibited for the following categories:

• Gambling and betting
• 18+ content and services
• Narcotics and related products
• Wire transfers / money orders
• Tobacco products
• Cash withdrawals and quasi-cash operations, including cryptocurrency purchases
• Operations classified by the issuer as Non-Financial Institution
• Gaming machines and arcades
• Fuel and gas stations
• Digital goods - video games

Certain services may be declined by the issuer regardless of RULEX PAY.
Restriction lists are defined by the payment system and issuing bank. Payments in prohibited categories will be automatically declined.

2. Card types and pricingRULEX PAY issues cards for different purposes.
Global NFC

• For online payments and contactless transactions
• Issue fee - 20 USDT
• Initial balance - 5 USD
• Top-up fee - 3.5%
• Transaction fee - 0.25 USD

Service Online

• For service payments and online transactions
• Issue fee - 10 USDT
• Initial balance - 5 USD
• Top-up fee - 3.5%
• Transaction fee - 0.25 USD

Ad Business

• For advertising account payments
• Issue fee - 7.5 USDT
• Initial balance - 5 USD
• Top-up fee - 3.5%
• Transaction fee - 0.25 USD

Cards can be issued at any time in the RULEX PAY interface.

3. Geographic restrictionsPayments are prohibited in the following countries:
Myanmar
Syria
Belarus
Venezuela
Somalia
Russia
Afghanistan
Ukraine
Iran
Yemen
Cuba
China
North Korea
Attempts to make payments in these jurisdictions will be declined and may result in card blocking.

4. Other termsMaximum daily top-up - 10,000 USD

• Maximum single transaction - 50,000 USD
• Violation of payment system rules results in immediate termination of service
• Adding cards to Apple Pay and Google Pay is unavailable in sanctioned countries
• Virtual cards are intended exclusively for purchasing goods and services
